Level 1 Training
Location: Rogue Downtown 410 Pressler St
New, Rookie, Beginner, Rebuilding, Starting over... all words you might use to describe yourself prior to starting our program! Whether you are walking or running, our goal is to get you moving and feeling your best. These groups meet once during the week for a quality workout with their team/coach and on Saturday mornings for a long run.
Tuesdays at 6pm with Coach Marilyn: This group starts the first week of each month for those not currently running. Those already running up to 3 miles can join at any time.
Already comfortable with 3 miles or more, or have a upcoming race goal? Contact carolyn@roguerunning.com to discuss Level 1 vs. Level 2 to help you find the program that fits you best. Level 2 groups meet on Tuesday nights at 6pm and Wednesday nights at 6pm.

Whether you are completely new or re-starting after some time away, this run or run/walk program will help you build from the beginning to a 5K or 10K depending on your goals. Our expert coaches will guide you on a safe and manageable build while equipping you with knowledge about form, nutrition, hills, stretching, injury prevention, and more.
No matter your experience level, the Rogue Level I program welcomes you! After you sign up, we have 5 individual training tiers, each a month long, to choose from to fit any beginner runner. Each month you would then move to the next tier. If you’re unsure where you belong, our coaches would be happy to help you determine on your first day! If you’re a walker, runner, or walk/runner, you have a place in our intimidation-free zone!

Training Tiers
We believe the word/phrase beginner, new/novice, or even Couch to 5K cover a wide spectrum of runners. Our goal is improvement from YOUR baseline – where you are starting on day 1. We have multiple tiers of training to choose from to meet your specific needs from day one.
Payment
Monthly recurring payment begins the day of registration. Your on-going billing will occur the same day you registered each month moving forward.
Cost is $85/month.

We have one main goal in the Couch program - Improvement! Not a far second behind that is having fun. We provide a supportive, non-intimidating, positive, and fun group dynamic and Rogue provides the training plan perfect for a beginning runner.
