“How you climb a mountain is more important than reaching the top.”
-Yvon Chouinard
Rogue Virtual provides the perfect platform for any athlete anywhere in the world to connect with the Rogue community, challenge themselves, and find inspiration to become the best runner they can be. Warning: you might become the accomplished individual you were always meant to be.
What Makes Rogue’s 1:1 Virtual Training The Ideal Training Program?
The most successful training plan is incremental, adaptive, and evolutionary. A successful plan evolves with your training cycle and includes adaptive planning, evolutionary development, and continual improvement which are core to what we do.
If your coach isn’t fully invested in your running goals and outcomes, then what’s the point? We’re not selling mediocre success at one price point, a higher probability of success at another price point, and then the best chance of success at the highest price point. If we are coaching you, we are putting it all on the line with you, lockstep.
Frequent and open communication is fundamental in our methodology. The success of an adaptive planning process relies on frequent and open communication.
That would be silly! It would undermine our ability to adapt and encourage a rapid & flexible response to change.
We care about results. And our results speak for themselves.
In other words, we help athletes level up through complimentary services. Once your running foundation is stable and you’re ready to take your running game to the next level, we can pair you with our partners to incorporate strength programming, nutritional coaching, sports medicine, and mental toughness coaching.
