Clinical Sports Massage is a massage style composed of Myofascial Release, Deep tissue Sports Massage, and Trigger Point Therapy with an emphasis on sports performance, anatomy, and recovery. I work with a variety of injuries in athletes as well as repetitive stress soft tissue disorders in occupational settings such as carpal tunnel, tennis/golfers elbow, plantar fasciitis, and shin splints. A lot of these discomforts form over time from repetitive use, vigorous training, and sustained and awkward positions. If you train regularly or have a high stress/high demand job it is important to be receiving some maintenance soft tissue bodywork on a regular basis to help prevent any issues or injuries from forming and to combat the effects of stress.
