5K - 10K - Half Marathon - Marathon Performance Training
This program is for those interested in training virtually for 5Ks, 10Ks, half marathons and marathons. Coaches Chris and James utilize the principles discussed in the Running Rogue podcast to help you smash your goals.
This group now has members from all over the globe. In each season, we have training tracks to help you run your fastest regardless of the distance, whether seeking a 5K personal best, going for your fastest or first half marathon, or perhaps trying to earn that elusive Boston qualifier.

Build Running Volume - Develop a Strength Routine - Hone Your Runner’s Lifestyle
This program is for anyone looking to reestablish their run routine or cycle out of race training to focus on some fundamental skill development.
In this program, we believe success in endurance sports is built on a foundation comprised of all the small things you do day in and day out to support your success. These things go beyond running to include strength training, stress management, mental training, sleep, nutrition and hydration strategies, and more.
She Squad
Women’s Half Marathon Training
This group is for women looking for a safe and relatable community to train and learn about an athletic woman’s unique circumstances.
“We are NOT small men”, says Stacy Sims, her book ROAR, a must read for all women who move. This all female Half Marathon Training program, will approach run or walk/run training from this perspective. This program is for women who want to take advantage of the emerging scientific research about women’s training. We will still run, sweat, maybe even spit, but we will definitely have a lot of FUN along the way!
