OVERVIEW
Our Dallas area training classes are year-round groups you can join anytime. The groups meet twice during the week for a quality workout on Tuesday with their team/coach, medium long run on Thursday, and long run on Saturday morning.
Minimum requirement at beginning of class:
Base Building: staying in shape between races, returning from injury, or prepping for distance class
Half Marathon: you should be able to comfortably run 4 miles (running or a 4:1 run/walk ratio) and averaging around 10 miles per week.
Marathon: you should be able to comfortably run 6 miles (running or a 4:1 run/walk ratio) and averaging around 20 miles per week.
BENEFITS
Day-by-day running schedule for goal races, dedicated and experienced coaches that send weekly communication, small-group coached workouts, on-site recovery tools, supported Saturday long runs (see details below) with free injury assessments from Baylor Scott & White.
LONG RUN
We support our Saturday long runs at Dallas Mockingbird and Coppell with printed turn by turn directions, a vehicle cruising the course, and water/electrolyte stops. For all long runs the route and water plan will be communicated by the coaches beforehand. During the hottest summer months, we have ice rags at the last water stop!
TRAINING CYCLES
Spring Races - Half & Full Marathon and 5K/10K Starts: Full Marathon Dec. 2024 / Half Marathon January 2025
Goal Races: Any March thru Early June races such as Woodlands, OKC, Flying Pig.
Fall Races - Half & Full Marathon
Starts: May 2025
Goal Races: Any September thru December races such as Dallas, Twin Cities, Chicago, MCM, and NYC
Austin/Houston/Cowtown - Half & Full Marathon
Starts: Sept 2025
Goal Races: Any January-February races such as 3M Half, Houston, Austin and Cowtown
PAYMENT
Monthly recurring payment begins after a 5 day trial period. Your on-going billing will occur the same day you registered each month moving forward. You can cancel at any time by logging into your account, click on your account on the bottom right-hand corner. Then, click on “view plan or cancel”.
