Years Coaching & Philosophy: I have been coaching for about 13 years. My philosophy is simple: “Follow the plan, Respect the Plan” – I use these words often as so many times peeps will want to do more or do less for various reasons. You wouldn’t bake a cake without following a recipe, why do that to your body? Following a plan keeps you accountable, safe, and successful!
Best advice for new Rogues: Don’t be afraid to ask questions! We are here to help you achieve your goals, whatever those may be.
Most memorable run/race: As most of us do, I started with run / walk. The first time I ran 30 minutes without stopping or walking I couldn’t believe it! I came home so excited and after telling my husband he said “You are ready for a 5k!” I asked: “How far is that?” 😊
Interesting fact: I have 7 brothers and 2 sisters. Never a dull moment growing up!
