3 Month Beginner Running Group
Been thinking about starting a running journey but not sure where to start? Intro to Rogue is a 3 month beginner group designed specifically for those who want to learn the basics, build endurance, and join a supportive community of like- minded people.
Over the course of three months, you can expect to:
Learn the Fundamentals: From proper running form, key running terms, appropriate pacing, to injury prevention, we’ll cover the essentials so you can hit the ground running—safely and effectively.
Build Your Endurance: We start at your level and progressively increase the intensity, ensuring that every runner improves at a comfortable pace.
Meet Your Goals: With the guidance of a dedicated and experienced Rogue Coach, you'll set personal goals and receive tailored feedback to keep you on track, whether you’re aiming for your first 5K/10K or looking to establish healthy routines.
Community Support: Training with others at your same level means you’ll have a built-in support system to cheer you on, keep you motivated, and celebrate your progress.
By the end of this program, you'll have the fitness, knowledge, and confidence to move into race specific programs - whether that’s preparing for a 5K, 10K, or even a Half Marathon. Training begins on October 1st and we are offering this program on both Tuesday and Wednesday nights at 6p. Once you sign up for the night that works for you, your Coach will provide a training sheet so you know what to do the rest of the week away from Rogue. Finally, all Rogue groups included access to Saturday morning, supported long runs.
