Background: I have been running/racing for 40 yrs. I love being in shape to race, but mostly I run for health and the quality of life that that it gives me. Keeps me happy.
Years Coaching & Philosophy: 32 yrs; My main goals are, to keep runners healthy via individual plans that makes sense to keep them committed to their goals, and lastly keep them motivated with fun and challenging workouts.
Best advice for new Rogues: Have realistic goals (short and long term). Anything worth doing takes years of practice.
Most memorable run/race: Olympic Trials 1996...but every race has it's charm and meaning.
Interesting fact: I also do pottery and have a masters in Exercise Physiology from UT.
